Leaving ISNS was a tough personal choice, but I left with immense gratitude for the community and my professional growth. I recently saw a highly inaccurate review alleging a "toxic, lazy culture" on campus, and I want to clear the air. Here is what it's actually like to work at ISNS: 💪 High Accountability: The Director and administration are fully committed to keeping the school top-tier. People are held to high standards, and middle leaders are genuinely empowered. 🎓 Academic Proof: ISNS achieves top IBDP scores in China. That doesn't happen by accident—it happens because the DP coordinator and teachers work incredibly hard. 🏆 Elite Networking: Our leadership footprint is massive. The Head of School is on the ACAMIS Board (representing the top schools in China & Mongolia), the Head of VA/Design is on the Arts committee, and our phenomenal Athletic Director is on the sports committee. As a coach, the athletic department's dedication taught me a lot. While living on-site wasn’t my absolute favorite perk, the campus housing is undeniably safe, clean, and convenient. Parents are happy, the culture is positive, and the school's reputation in Shenzhen is bulletproof. 🚀
