While Concordia has wonderful teachers, leadership's poor decisions continue to ruin the school. Toxic Work Environment: Constant mistreatment, unfair firings, and transparent lies from senior leadership. Massive Turnover: Unprecedented midyear resignations and staff abruptly fired throughout 2025–2026—people gladly gave up high pay to save their sanity. Key positions (including a Director) remained unfilled. Division Crisis: Middle School leadership has done so much damage that both the Principal and VP are being replaced. Concordia can no longer coast on its name. I hope leadership finally starts treating staff with the fairness expected of a Christian school.
